Jessica became CEO of KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools in 2018. She first joined KIPP as a teacher at KIPP DC’s KEY Academy, and went on to serve as founding principal of KIPP DC’s WILL Academy; as a chief academic officer; and as principal of KIPP DC College Prep. Most recently, she worked as the KIPP Foundation’s executive in residence. Jessica started her career as a fourth grade teacher in DC Public Schools.
