Andy served as chief of staff and as director of strategic initiatives for KIPP Indy before being named its executive director in 2018. He leads KIPP Indy’s day-to-day work, spearheading organizational growth and overseeing academics, operations, finance, talent, and external partnerships. Andy worked previously at Teach For America Indianapolis, and started his career in education teaching eighth grade English Language Arts in the Indianapolis Public Schools district and at KIPP Indy College Prep Middle School.
