As Executive Director of KIPP Delta, James leads our schools in the communities of Helena and Blytheville, Arkansas. After beginning his career in mental health and juvenile justice, James went on to serve as a teacher, coach, principal, and district leader. He most recently served as the Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education at Providence Public Schools and brings over two decades of experience in school transformation to KIPP.
