Before being named CEO in 2023, Natalie served as KIPP Philly’s Chief Operating Officer for 14 years. Prior to joining KIPP, Natalie was the Director of New York Operations for Achievement First, a public charter school network, overseeing school operations for seven schools in Brooklyn, NY.
