Sehba is the CEO of KIPP Texas and former superintendent of KIPP Houston Public Schools. Prior to KIPP Houston, Sehba served as chief academic officer for KIPP Bay Area Schools and founded KIPP Heartwood Academy in San Jose, one of the highest-performing middle schools in California. She began her career as a middle school English teacher in Houston with Teach For America.
